Our concierge-level design includes everything in the Full-Service level, but with additional hyper-custom requirements. This includes a color consultation, creation of a space plan, mood boards, budget creation, drawings for a contractor, contractor coordination, full selections, sourcing and shopping, purchase management, installation, and styling. We will unpack and set you up for a truly turn-key experience. Let us do the heavy lifting for you.
From inspiration to installation, Catherine French Design can do it all. We realize that each project is unique and want to help you realize your home or office dream environment. We will handle all measurements and documentation of your space. Creating the plan starts with a design meeting in our studio to review schematic plans and drawings, as well as initial design aesthetic directions. We will work with you to discuss all functional and aesthetic needs for your space.
Whether it’s a new home or you are renovating and existing space, we truly excel at taking care of every part of the project. We will meet, see the space, and provide you with a custom quote depending on the needs of your project. This is ideal for longer-term or more complex projects that need more project management and that truly custom touch.
Working together, we will create a detailed furniture plan with dimensions, as well as a detailed lighting plan with dimensions, interior elevations with dimensions, a 3D white model of your space, a design vision board with color story, and an itemized implementation plan with budget projections
